Can all companies use the Santander Trade Portal website?

Only Santander customers and selected prospects have full access to the Trade Portal. You will have restricted access to the Trade Portal if you are not part of these users or if you do not have an account on Santander Trade.

If you are a Santander Trade customer and have not yet received an invitation, please contact your relationship manager. A company can request to enrol via the online form as well, a validation process based on enrolment criteria will be conducted in order to grant eventual membership.

Why should I use my personal page? Is it possible to change or modify a profile?

Your personal page allows you to choose your preferences, modify your personal information, and access your Trade Club inbox. From there, you can access the main page (after logging in the upper-right hand corner). You can also easily change or modify your profile. The company identification and company details will also allow other club companies to identify potential business opportunities and allow the trade platform as efficient as possible in terms of matchmaking.

Why must companies log in in order to access the website's services?

We ask companies to be identified with a certain account in order to properly manage its information and eliminate inappropriate usage of the website.

If you encounter a problem with website access, available content, or more, you can send us your feedback, questions, and suggestions via the contact form. We will get back to you shortly.

How can I provide feedback or inform you of my expectations, needs, etc.?

It's simple. Thanks to our contact form, you can easily ask your questions. A reply will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

How can I access a country's trade statistics?

After your account registration, you can find foreign trade statistics in the import/export flows section under "Markets".

I am an individual not linked to a certain company. Can I still use the website?

Yes, you can register online for free and enjoy a wide range of services of Santander Trade. However, you will not have access to the Club.

What are the advantages of a subscription to Santander Trade ?

Santander Trade offers a wide range of services and information on international trade. Registration is free of charge for Santander Trade client companies. If you are a Santander customer, please ask your activation code to your relationship manager.

How can I obtain a password?

The password is defined during your online registration. This allows you to access Santander Trade 's website. You can access your messages, browse, and gain free entry to the modules and services available to you.

What does Santander Trade aim to accomplish?

Santander Trade supports companies in their overseas expansion efforts or the strengthening of their foreign trade activities. The website provides an extensive library of trade information and a wide range of services and solutions to help companies develop on a global level.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

Open the "Login / Register" menu on the top of the website, then simply click on "Forgotten password" link and enter the e-mail address used during your account registration. You will automatically receive an e-mail to reset your password.

What is the objective of Santander Trade ?

The Santander Trade consists of an extensive library of trade information Santander Trade Portal which provides information on international markets for import and export companies as well as a matchmaking platform Santander Trade to find potential counterparts for your business.

What is my business card?

The first step to successfully engaging in the Club is to create and complete your Business Card.

Providing all required information increase your chances to find relevant counterparts and engage in opportunities. Ensure that you provide a link to your companies' website, include your logo and that you provide a concise description of your activities and business interests. Include all relevant product codes which describe the best possible way the products you wish to buy or sell.

You can see on your profile the percentage of completion your business card has reached.

What are Business opportunities?

You will receive regularly business opportunities suggested by our Community Manager. Choose to engage or discard them if they are not interesting for you. You can also add them to your contact book.

You also have the option to ask our Community Manager for specific and customized Matchmaking.
