Electronic Banking

Is it possible to give the company access and transaction passwords to use Electronic Banking from abroad?

Yes. Electronic Banking operates from a web platform, which can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

If so, what is the process for agreeing and receiving passwords?

Once the account is active, it is possible to apply for Electronic Banking. The procedure is as follows:

  • The proxy (s) designate who can operate Electronic Banking and what transactional profile they will have
  • Each user must submit a copy of their identification
  • The Electronic Banking contract is drawn up, indicating the persons with powers to operate and their transactional level
  • A security electronic device (TOKEN) is assigned to each user, as well as an acknowledgment
  • When the Electronic Banking contract is signed and the signed acknowledgement of the TOKEN returned, Electronic Banking will be ready for operation after no more than 2 business days.
